Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for internal training purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials outside of your organization without express written permission.

 

5. User Accounts and Access

Access is granted on a per-user basis. You agree not to share login credentials. Unauthorized access or redistribution of materials may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content—including videos, manuals, templates, graphics, logos, and trademarks—is the intellectual property of Tooth Nerd LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any materials without prior written consent.

 

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our content, we do not offer refunds once access to the training has been granted. Please review all course descriptions and previews before purchasing.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tooth Nerd LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or reliance on the Services.

 

9. Privacy
